Benamargosa is a charming little pueblo with services, cafes, restaurants, public transport, and it is only 13 kilometres from Velez-Malaga. Malaga centro only 47 km and Torre del Mar beach 17 km. Area is well know for its agriculture. Citrus and other tropical fruit trees especially avocado. The river Benamargosa gives this land its lush propensity to let these abundant orchards flourish. Pueblo has its public swimming pool. Good road access. This cosy, one level house is located in the middle of the pueblo. Parking on the street or parking hall (no cost), which both are almost next to the property. On the front of the house, you have a private and gated, welcoming patio. You have natural light from the front door and the back door windows, and the bedrooms. Spacious living room with high ceilings, which leads you to one of the en-suite bedrooms. Another bedroom on the other side of the living room. The third bedroom, master en-suite bedroom is next to the fireplace (pellet burner) area. You also have the air conditioning. Separate and independent dining room between the fireplace and the fully functional kitchen. From the kitchen, or the living/dining room or the master en-suite bedroom, you can enter to the patio. Patio has the stairs to enter to open sun terrace, which other half is covered. Beautiful views to the mountains, countryside and the pueblo. Great area to relax and enjoy your barbeque with beautiful views.
